Our rate includes:

• welcome kit: 1 still water bottle, 4 Nespresso coffee pods, toilet paper, soap, sponge and dish soap;
• use of the equipped apartment with its comforts e accessories;
• water, electricity and gas consumption;
• use of the air conditioning system (or heating) and fire protection system;
• first bed setting supply (complete);
• final cleaning;
• 1 parking lot;
• free WI-FI (we kindly inform our guests that our Wi-Fi signal is not very high due to the location of our mobile homes);

Our rate DOES NOT include:

• tourist tax – € 1,00 per day per person from 12 years old (0-12 FREE);
• bath towels (face, guest, shower): € 6,00 per person;

Please note that:

• the mobile homes are located inside the “Camping Santo Stefano”;
• guests other than the actual number booked will not be admitted;
• reception is open from 7 AM to 10 PM with qualified staff;
• check-in: from 5 PM to 9 PM;
• check-out: by 10 AM departure day;
• cleaning upon request (extra charge): time to agree according to our availability; € 50,00 charge for deep cleaning of the apartment – about 2 hours;
• you can access the Village by car from 7.30 AM to 1.30 PM and from 4 PM to 10 PM;
• Pets are not allowed in the apartments, with the exception of “Teti” mobile home;
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the accommodation and its furnishings;
• The Management declines all responsibility in case of thefts inside or outside the apartment left unattended.
